1. How It Works
Syndicast’s platform operates as a 'marketplace,' enabling stations to easily find and import music releases into their program schedule. Our distribution system ensures effective delivery and monitoring of content. Currently over 2,400 radio stations utilize the platform to access music, imaging assets, and radio shows.
All radio stations can view and listen to tracks via their dashboard. When a station finds a song they like, they can conveniently download it (radio edit and/or extended mix & artist promo edit if applicable, depending on the campaign) and broadcast it immediately.
Our in-system promotional tools, including email campaigns, banners, sliders, and pop-ups, are designed to support your releases and maximize their impact and visibility. Through our partnership with Bang Productions, we can also create artist promo edits, enhancing the exclusivity and appeal of your releases to radio audiences.
Thanks to our innovative platform, you can closely monitor your campaign's performance in real-time. Additionally, as part of each radio plugging campaign, we provide comprehensive campaign data and global airplay monitoring results from a third-party service provider. This allows you to track your track’s life cycle and monitor organic, direct, and estimated global radio plays.
2. Who can use the service?
The service can be used by any type of record label, independent artist, or artist management.
Please note that if you are an artist and wish to promote your own song, released by a record label (not owned by you), we would need the approval of that record label to launch the campaign.
3. Quality Control
We reserve the right to approve or reject any submitted music releases.
It is important that we review the track and related assets (release details, metadata, audio files, press pack, description, artwork) before you proceed with kicking off the campaign. We aim to make the stations happy with our content and music creators happy with the campaign results, therefore we have a quality team who checks the songs individually. If a song is well-edited, mastered, and radio-friendly, we proceed.
4. Required Assets
The following assets are necessary for setting up a radio promotion/plugging campaign:
