To access content (including music, radio shows, and imaging assets) from Syndicast, your radio station must be registered. Please note that we only provide services for genuine radio stations. Our content is only available to radio stations with a valid broadcasting license. If you run an online-only radio station, please check out the requirements here.

Step 1 - Registration

Visit our registration site. If the “For Radio Stations” option is not already selected, please choose it as it is dedicated to radio stations.

Step 2 - Required information

Enter the required information about your radio station. After you complete the registration, we will review the provided details and grant you access to our content:

  1. Radio Station Name: Enter the name of your station.
  2. Company/Legal Entity/Legal Person: Many radio stations operate under a different legal or company name. If your station does, please provide that name. If no company is associated with your station, like some small online radios, provide the name of the legal entity or individual responsible for the station.
  3. Enter your first and last name.
  4. Email Address: Only official radio station email addresses are accepted. Ensure the email you provide is associated with your radio station’s domain or can be found on its website.
  5. Password: Create a password and confirm by re-entering it.
  6. Check the box next to “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” and then click on the “REGISTRATION” button.

Step 3 - Activate your account

Check your email inbox and activate your account by clicking the activation link in the email.

Step 4 - Complete your profile

Provide the Required Information for Your Station

Upon your first login, you will notice a red box in the upper menu stating: “Before you start using the account, please complete your profile”. All provided information will undergo a review, and Syndicast will verify your profile. Click on COMPLETE PROFILE to proceed.

When you click on the COMPLETE PROFILE button, you’ll be directed to your radio station’s settings page. Here, you can update and manage all relevant information related to your station. Your radio station’s profile is considered complete when all sections under “RADIO STATION STATUS” are marked with a blue tick.
